All new pets must complete a Meet & Greet before their first stay. If yours hasn’t been scheduled yet, we’ll reach out after you submit this form.
During the Meet & Greet, we get to know your pet, review their routine, answer questions, and make sure we’re a great fit.
The 50% down payment is due at the Meet & Greet to secure your booking.

Extended Care is an additional fee that applies when a pet’s pickup time is significantly later than their original drop-off time. This ensures your sitter is fairly compensated for providing extra hours of care on the final day.
