We’re so excited to care for your pet and appreciate you choosing us! Before we begin, please complete our Pet Intake Form. This form helps us provide the safest, most personalized experience possible for your furry family member.

⏱️ Time Needed: Please set aside up to 20 minutes. We know it’s a bit long—but you only need to fill it out once.

🐾 Required Meet & Greet

All new pets must complete a Meet & Greet before their first stay. If yours hasn’t been scheduled yet, we’ll reach out after you submit this form.

During the Meet & Greet, we get to know your pet, review their routine, answer questions, and make sure we’re a great fit.

The 50% down payment is due at the Meet & Greet to secure your booking.

💳 Payments & Deposits

We accept: Cash • Card • CashApp • Venmo • Apple Cash. Invoices will be sent to your email.

To secure your stay:

• 50% deposit due at Meet & Greet
• Remaining 50% due at pickup

Refund Policy:

• Cancel 7+ days before stay: 50% deposit is refundable
• Cancel within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable
• If we need to cancel: full refund

💼 What to Bring

Please send your pet with:

• Enough food for their entire stay
• Toys, blankets, or comfort items
• Any medications or special supplies

⏰ Extended Care / Late Pickup Policy

Extended Care is an additional fee that applies when a pet’s pickup time is significantly later than their original drop-off time. This ensures your sitter is fairly compensated for providing extra hours of care on the final day.

Extended Care may apply if:

• Your pickup time is more than 2 hours later than your drop-off time.

The rate is based on how many extra hours of care are required:

• More than 2 hours, up to 8 hours: +50% of the nightly rate (per pet)
• More than 8 additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate (per pet)

This helps cover additional supervision, potty breaks, feedings, and extended time in our care.

🎉 Holiday Rates

Holidays are a busy time for everyone—pet parents and sitters alike. To make sure we can offer high-quality care during peak periods, Pawsome Pet Retreat applies a special holiday rate to overnight stays that take place during major holiday periods.

Holiday Overnight Rate: $40 per night for the first dog for any overnight booking that includes at least one date within a holiday period. If your booking overlaps a holiday period, this rate applies to the first dog for the entire stay, not just the holiday nights. Additional pets are charged at their standard additional-pet rate.

Example: The holiday period for Martin Luther King Day is January 17–20, 2025. If your stay is January 18–22 for two dogs, the $40 holiday rate applies to the first dog for all four nights, since your booking overlaps the holiday period.
